2025 Annual Meeting and Volunteer Celebration

Apr 23, 2025 | More Info

We recently hosted our Annual Meeting and Volunteer Celebration to honor the incredible individuals who help make The Shea Center’s mission possible—our dedicated board members and volunteers.

The Annual Meeting is a vital part of The Shea Center’s governance, providing an opportunity to highlight organizational milestones. Board Chair Greg Talbott kicked off the evening by warmly greeting guests and reflecting on the year’s achievements.

A significant highlight of the evening was celebrating the extraordinary contributions of our volunteers in 2024. Thanks to their unwavering dedication, over 780 individuals generously shared their time, talent, and treasure, contributing an astounding total of 22,663 volunteer hours.

Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner provided by Aioli, followed by cupcakes for dessert. Many well-deserved awards were presented, including Horse of the Year, which went to the beloved Dante.

It was truly a joyful evening of recognition, gratitude, and celebration for all who make The Shea Center such a special place.
