The H.T.F Charitable Foundation and Roger and Helen Abramson recently sponsored a fantastic event at The Shea Center for participants in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) from Camp Pendleton. EFMP provides specialized medical or educational services, assistance, and resources for families of active-duty service members with a loved one who has a disability.

Held at The Shea Center since 2013, 189 attendees, including 94 minor riders, enjoyed this year’s event. In addition to horseback riding, activities featured horse interaction, games, face painting, a petting zoo, and lunch.
