Amber Offield began volunteering at The Shea Center over 20 years ago as a lesson volunteer many years before marrying her husband, Calen. When the Center began receiving generous gifts in honor of their marriage, we were delighted to reconnect with Amber—whose dedication and love for The Shea Center’s mission have remained steadfast over the years.

Over time, Amber has served in numerous leadership roles, including gala co-chair, board member, and executive committee member. Beyond these formal positions, she continues to be a passionate community advocate—connecting Shea with other organizations in Laguna Beach—and a philanthropic leader, as she and Calen invest in priority programs that directly benefit Shea Center clients.

Together, Amber and Calen are deeply involved volunteers and philanthropists. Along with their three children, they support many organizations that make a positive impact in the communities they care about most. Most recently, their daughter Isabel and Amber made the heartfelt decision to donate Isabel’s beloved Gypsy horse, Pixie, to The Shea Center. Pixie has quickly become a barn favorite and is cherished by her riders.

At this year-end, we are honored to recognize and thank the Offield Family for their extraordinary generosity in offering a $50,000 challenge grant—meaning every dollar donated to Shea up to $50,000 by the end of December 2025 will be matched, doubling the impact of those gifts!
