Volunteer Opportunities
Sidewalker
Sidewalkers play a vital role in ensuring rider safety and support by walking alongside the horse. They stay connected to the rider, offer encouragement, and celebrate each accomplishment along the way.
Leader
Leaders work directly with the horses, learning “The Shea Way” of handling and guiding. Responsibilities include leading horses at a walk and trot. Additional training in grooming, tacking, bridling, and leading is required.
