He is living the good life in retirement at a beautiful farm in Montrose, CO, owned by Terri Hutchinson’s son and grandchildren. Before his 12-year career at The Shea Center, Bliss worked as a harness race trotter at a traveling fair.

Speech Pathologist Terri Hutchinson of Life Spirit Speech purchased Bliss for her daughter, who showed him as a hunter jumper. He then came to The Shea Center in 2008 and worked as a therapy horse for many years, helping Terri to improve clients’ communication skills and horsemanship skills.

 

Today, Terri gets to visit Bliss as often as she wants and has the pleasure of sharing these precious moments with her children and grandchildren.
