Earlier this month we had the pleasure of meeting Amy Dixon, a Team USA Paralympic Triathlete and disability rights advocate! πŸ’™β€οΈ

Although she has lost 98% of her vision due to Uveitis and Glaucoma, Amy continues to pursue athletic endeavors and competed at the Tokyo Paralympics in 2020! πŸ…πŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈ

Amy has a rich history as an equestrian both before and after her vision loss, so we were overjoyed to be able to start her on her next chapter of #AdaptiveRiding

Amy’s Career Highlights:

  • Nine-time ITU World Paratriathlon Event medalist (3 golds, 1 silver, 5 bronzes)
  • Six-time World Triathlon Para Cup medalist (3 golds, 1 silver, 2 bronzes)
  • Seven-time CAMTRI/PATCO Paratriathlon American Championships medalist (3 silvers, 4 bronzes)
  • Two-time USA Paratriathlon National Championships medalist (1 gold, 1 silver)
  • 2016 ITU Aquathlon World Champion
