About the Colors and Breeds of Our Herd

Out of the 28 program horses in the current Shea Center barn, there are 13 breeds. The most popular breeds are American Quarter Horses and Gypsy Vanners. Each breed brings its unique gait and movement, providing various options for clients. The youngest horse in the program is six years old, and the oldest horse is 26.

Currently, we have four grey horses, three bay horses, three tobiano-patterned horses, one sabino-patterned horse, seven chestnut horses, three black horses, two dun horses, one silver bay, one palomino, and three roan-colored horses (blue roan, red roan, and strawberry roan).

There are currently 21 geldings and seven mares.
