Jannet, a happy kindergartner, has been a Shea Center speech client utilizing hippotherapy for the past year. She came to the Center to address challenges with speech delay and balance. Her mother, Jazmin, shares that Jannet’s love for riding is boundless—so much so that every day, she eagerly asks, “Is today a riding day?”

Jannet’s therapist, Madison Miranda says, “Jannet is a pleasure to work with. She has made excellent progress and is motivated by riding and caring for Artex. Each week, she expresses how she wants to help Artex, whether brushing, feeding, or hosing him off.”

Jazmin proudly notes significant improvements and sees positive changes every single week. She is also pleased that Jannet is proudly learning English with the encouragement of her therapist and sidewalkers.
Expressing her gratitude, Jazmin says, “My family is very grateful for the therapy Jannet receives, thanks to the generosity of donors.”
